About the RfsProtech Glue Spreader GS for Radio Frequency Presses

A conveyorized glue spreader for the proper application of most wood working adhesives. The device is a freestanding unit which can be placed in front of the press. Includes stainless steel rollers and flights on the out feed conveyor for easy cleanup. The applicator roller is easily adjustable for accurate spreading of adhesive. A top pinch roller can be installed for glue coating thin parts such as veneer.

• A glue spreader with 20" working width built as a freestanding type.
• Infeed conveyor 96" in length with mild steel flights on 3" centers.
• Outfeed conveyor 96" in length with stainless steel flights on 3" centers.
• Flights ride on UHMW guides for long life and quite operation.
• Chains are # 60 for durable and smooth running.
• Working height will be 42" used as a freestanding unit.
• Grooved, stainless steel applicator roll and doctor roll are adjustable to insure a precise spread and a long life.
• Stainless steel glue drip pan removes easily for cleaning.
• Glue rollers and conveyors will be driven by a single 1 hp motor.
• Wired 110 volt, 60 cycle, single phase electric.
• Two stop/start stations and an adjustable photo-cell switch controls the conveyor.
• Overall length of the spreader will be approximately 3' longer than the combined length of the infeed and out feed conveyors.
