Our technical service staff is available to customers 12 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and on most Saturdays to answer any technical questions or to assist with service requirements. The staff at Ogden Enterprises believe that our customers are number one, and we want to provide them the best service available.

The service department provides phone support, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and in-house training. Our technical support team begins to work with the customer, even before the sale, by assisting him with unique planing or frame saw applications. In doing this, the customer can make an informed decision. Once the customer purchases a system, Ogden Enterprises offers in-house training on all equipment purchased. If desired, the customer can send their machinery operators to our plant before their machinery is delivered, for pre-installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting training.
