RECONDITIONED (LIKE NEW) ROTOPLANE 16 BT (16 inch TOP/BOTTOM)

Two-sided calibrating machine, for the calibration of glued panels.  This machine has very few hours and is in new condition for half the price of a brand new machine.  Machine is under power and demonstrations can be made using your material.

PATENTED PROCEEDINGS

The tool rotates horizontally from left to right and works like a cutter. Very little force is exerted on the part being planed. Work piece KICK BACK common on conventional planers is totally eliminated on the Rotoplane system.

Chip removal on the first bottom planer is achieved through the adjustment of the infeed table in front of the cutting disk.

Each cutting disk is equipped with 34 throw-away carbide tips. These inserts are installed around the circumference of the milling disk.

The distance between the cutting disk and hold down platten is extremely short.
