Infeed conveyor system with lexan flight feed through slat bed conveyor. Layup section is designed for 192" maximum load stock length. No out feed conveyor. Layup fence reference load to back stop press. 2 hp motor with soft start control prevents jerking of the lumber load when being fed.
16 ft conveyorized horizontal roll glue applicator applies glue to the bottom surface. 10" wide duel durometer grooved applicator roll opposed by stainless steel pickup roll. Glue spread is controlled by powered doctor roll
