Description of the Material Handling Systems for Radio Frequency Presses

RfsProtech designs infeed and out feed systems from small projects to the high capacity factories. Our systems are engineered from ground up by our own engineers who work together with the customer to come up with a design solution which matches tthe customers requirments, building and productions needs. Our material handling systems are fully automated and interegrated with our Radio Frequency Presses so that loads of material are assembles on the infeed side of the press during the curing cycle. This assembly of wood parts will match or exceed the press cycle time so that the press is never waiting on material to be delivered. Our outfeed system will remove material from the press and deliver the stock to another station such a planning machine or stacking and wrapping equipment.
