Description of the Saw Blade Cleaning Device

Precision Band Saws require require extra care when it comes to the maintenance of the saw blades. Cleaned band saw blades enables better quality of sharpening and higher reliability and accuracy when used on a Re Saw.

How the cleaning device works

How does it work? The band saw blade is dipped in cleaning emulsion for a period of time, then then they are placed into the Cleaning Device where they are soaked in emulsion and wiped clean. The blade is automatically moved through the bath with an electrical motor which does not require the opertator to be present during the cleaning cycle.
